Supermodel and reality TV star Kim Kardashian West recently signed a deal with an Israeli brand, sparking outrage on social media.
On Wednesday, Israeli sunglasses company Carolina Lemke Berlin announced that the reality TV star will join Israeli model Bar Refaeli in an upcoming collaboration for the brand.
Kardashian West will not only appear in advertisements for the brand, but will also design her own line of glasses to be sold by Carolina Lemke.
The cooperation - which is part of the company's expansion plans in the United States - was revealed a few months ago, but was only recently confirmed at a press conference in Tel Aviv.
The 37-year-old star is expected to make it out to Israel for a promotional tour in March "as part of our cooperation," the company said.
The upcoming trip wouldn't be Kardashian's first time in Israel.
In 2015, the reality TV star visited the country with her husband Kanye West to baptize their daughter at the Armenian Cathedral in Jerusalem's Old City.
But, the fact that Kardashian West will be the face of an Israeli brand has backlashed on the reality TV star.
Several people have called for a total boycott of Kardashian West for choosing money over the Palestinian cause.
