American actor Will Smith once referred to Dubai as one of his favorite cities on earth, and his wife knows the extent of his love for the city (and extreme sports) pretty well.
In celebration of his 50th birthday, Jada Pinkett Smith decided to embrace her husband's adventurous side ... by jumping out of a plane in Dubai.
The actress went skydiving in the emirate as a birthday gift for her husband ... because well, he asked her to.
"I'm not really adventurous in that way," Pinkett Smith told People Magazine.
"He said this is my birthday gift to him. He was like, 'I want you to come to Dubai and I want to see the two of you skydive. That is what I want for my birthday,'" Pinkett Smith told People Magazine.
"Oh ... by the way ... I jumped out of a plane today"
Skydiving isn't the only thing the actress got to explore during her trip
The actress posted her first photo from Dubai on Oct. 13 in honor of breast cancer awareness month.
She even met with an elephant!
