The footage shocked people on social media

Hundreds were upset about it

"Recklessness."

Many just couldn't even comment

"There's no strength or power but in God, an 8-year-old, no comment."

"Regressive people"

Many hailed authorities for taking action

"A great step for the Traffic Authority because parents allowing their underage children to drive is something we've come to see often."
