There are some things in life that simply qualify as common knowledge. Among them is the fact that a hijabi does not show her skin to men she is not directly related to - unless she personally chooses to, of course.

Well, it seems like the concept was lost on one Arab fellow, who insisted that a hijabi send him a revealing photo of herself.

Palestinian-American Twitter user @nooottt__, who is identified by her first name, Noor, shared screenshots of her conversation with an Arab medicine student who asked for a photo of her wearing a tank top.

Since Noor referred to the photo as "a nude," it remains unclear what exactly the guy had requested.

Rather than understanding why she refused to send the photo, the guy insisted that she "won't regret it" and he is not "your average Arab," all because ... wait for it ... he will soon become a doctor.

The guy went on to make some absurd arguments in effort to convince her to send the photo, claiming he would view her at a higher regard if she did it.

He even described her as "bipolar" for not sending the photo after they seemed to be hitting it off.

His response was the epitome of cringe-worthy

"How do I make it more obvious that I'm a hijabi," wrote Noor

"This is actually one of the most messed up conversations I've ever had," she said in another tweet.

Here is how people reacted to her tweets:

Even men agree that men are trash

Emotional manipulation at its worst

No one can get over this part

"The doctor complex"

"The only doctor in Arabia! Who's gonna save us now?"

It doesn't get more Arab than this

Did he really think his nonsense might work?

"E for effort"

This sums it all up

One word: Zbala (trash)
