World-renowned cake and fashion artist Debbie Wingham is no stranger to making incredibly expensive wedding cakes for the UAE, but for the first time, one of her desserts will be showcased to the public ... in Dubai.

Wingham, a British national, is expected to create a $1 million standard size cake for BRIDE, an annual bridal event in Dubai, according to Al Arabiya.

The cake is diamond encrusted and will be the artist's first-ever "collaboration piece" with the Raffles Dubai Pastry team.

The cake - dubbed an "edible sensation" - will be presented on the opening day of the event, which is set to take place between February 7-10.

Wingham has worked with celebrities including Drake, Justin Bieber, and Tim Burton.

In 2015, Wingham created the world's most expensive cake valued at £48.5 million ($68.4 million) at the request of a client in the UAE in celebration of his daughter's birthday and engagement.

The client's name was not revealed at the time, but media reports reported the man being of Arab descent.

The cake was made up of 4,000 rare stones.
