There's a new restaurant in town, and it's about to serve up some really delicious paleo meals in a bid to promote health and inspire the youth.
Flow, the brainchild of the UAE Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Shamma Bint Suhail Faris Al Mazrui, was inspired by the ruler of Dubai's youth targeted speeches, Whats On Dubai reported.
It aims to provide a space for young people to connect and work on new ideas.
According to Al Mazrui, Flow was created by as well as targeted to the youth. As such, all its employees, including managerial, are under 30. She wants it to be a destination for great young minds to connect and grow, while also concentrating on a healthier lifestyle.
"Flow is where the UAE’s next generation of innovative leaders will connect, create and converse over nutritious food and specialty coffee in a space that nurtures creativity,” she said.
Flow plans to be a place that caters to both Emiratis and expats, to share food and ideas.
The restaurant is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, plugs and USB connections. Aside from healthy meals, it'll serve up some coffee from Dubai company The Espresso Lab, founded by Emirati entrepreneur Ibrahim Al Mallouhi.
Flow will open on the 19th of March in Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
