Gibran's art and writings have long been a source of pride for Lebanese.

But internationally, Gibran is also considered one of the most celebrated artistic and literary figures of the last century.

The release of Salma Hayek 's animated film adaption of Gibran's classic literary work "The Prophet" earlier this year demonstrated Gibran's international appeal.

When the film premiered in Beirut, residents went crazy with excitement to see Hayek and the adaption of the country's beloved piece of literature.

Now, UAE residents can enjoy an up close look at the largest collection of Gibran's work to ever go on display in the country.
