Palestinian artist Dalal Abu Amneh has released a song titled "Ya Sitti" (Oh My Grandmother), dedicated to all Palestinian refugees who have been forced to flee their homeland since 1948 till today.

"This video is dedicated to every displaced Palestinian since 1948 till today," the artist writes on the music video .

Filmed in Kufr Birim, a Palestinian town that was destroyed by Zionists back in 1948, the song talks about the struggle of all those forced to leave their families, friends and homes behind and the pain it brings, knowing that these very same people may never come back.

Showing the beautiful land that was taken away from its people...

And the struggle of all those left behind

And the unfortunate fact that all those who left may never be able to go back home

Because the biggest struggle for those who left was rebuilding their lives...
