Smithonian Magazine has released a list of "Great New Places to See," including Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi and the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha.

The list was created to only include destinations and experiences that are new, or understood differently, in the current century. Hence, the world's fastest roller coaster at Ferrari World and the incredible collection of art at the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha serve as perfect examples of 21st century landmarks.
