Friday, on the 67th anniversary of Nakba Day, Visualizing Impact  released a new infographic that shows the steady theft of Palestinian land by the state of Israel over the last seven decades.

Nakba Day, which refers to the expulsion of over 750,000 Palestinians during the creation of the State of Israel in 1948, is commemorated on May 15 every year.

From the Visualizing Impact press release:

Today, nearly seven decades on from these events, the dispossession of Palestinians continues through military, legal and economic means. Headlines were made by the Israeli Supreme Court just this week when it endorsed the eviction of the village of Umm al Hiran in the Negev region, demonstrating that this prevailing and worrying trend affects Palestinian citizens of Israel as well as those under occupation or in exile.
