Egyptian actress Ghada Abdel Razek was out dining in one of Dubai's food joints, when Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid came up to greet her.
It wasn't your regular meeting. Instead of sending someone to go over, the ruler of Dubai walked to her table to personally say "hi," giving her a casual pat on the back as he walked away.
Sheikh Mohammed, who is also the vice president and prime minister of the UAE, has a history of being laid back and accomplished . He's the very definition of charisma.
