Egyptian actress Nelly Karim appeared on Rating Ramadan Monday with co-star Zafer Abedin and writer Mariam Naoum to talk about their Ramadan series "Under Control." A video surfaced recently online showing that there was an insect walking in Karim's hair. The video then cuts to a mortified Naoum who looked too flustered to say anything to the actress.
Thankfully, Rating Ramadan host Wissam Breidy intervened quickly enough to flick whatever was crawling in Nelly's hair. Eeck!
