A few days ago, Twitter announced a new retweet comment feature, allowing users to (finally!) retweet tweets with comments.

The world of the Interwebz, particularly those who spend a lot of time on Twitter (journalists and One Direction fans) are overjoyed, as now Tweepers can embed a previous tweet into their tweet ... which allows users to post a full 140-character response to previous tweet.
The feature was slowly rolled out to users over the past few days and officially launched on Tuesday morning.
