The decade is almost over and to say that the past 10 years have been historic for the Arab world is an understatement. In this decade, one of the region's most conservative countries actually loosened up its regulations in various domains, starting with granting women the right to drive. On the other end of the spectrum, one of the region's most "progressive" countries revolted against a 30-year-old ruling elite class.

Putting aside the serious reforms and fights, the decade has been pretty historic for Arabs on Twitter as well. It wasn't until 2013 that Twitter gained popularity in the Arab world. That year, Twitter users in the region increased by 85 percent. There are Twitter moments over the past 10 years that cannot be forgotten ... and luckily we've compiled a list to preserve their place in history.
