Ingredients

For the Tuna

  • 110 g yellow fin tuna, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

For the Salad

,
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 4 radish, sliced
  • 1 handful of pistachios, skinned

For the Salad Dressing 

,
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

Method

  1. In a small bowl rub the tuna in sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper cover and marinate for 45-60 minutes at room temperature.
  2. In another bowl, toss the coriander, spring onion, radish and pistachios.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, lemon juice and garlic.
  4. Drizzle the salad dressing on top of the salad, and place the tuna on top & enjoy immediately.
