A fake engagement invitation circulated online the past few days with Tiffany Trump and Michael Boulos as the lucky couple to be joint for better or for worse soon after their espousal on Jan. 11.

Tiffany, 26, is U.S. President Donald Trump's youngest daughter, while Boulos, 25, is the son of Lebanese multi-billionaire Massaad Boulos.

Though the lack of design and poor coloring should have given it away as a hoax, a handful of social media peeps and media outlets grabbed on to the letter and advertised it as true. It wasn't long enough before Boulos himself debunked it as "made up" via Instagram Story.

The quite rich relationship between Trump and Boulos has been ongoing for a year now after they met at a Lindsay Lohan party in Greece in 2018.

The Lebanese young man, and according to his Instagram bio, is the holder of four citizenships: Lebanese, Nigerian, American, and French. He was born and raised in Nigeria, where his father runs "Boulos Enterprises and SCOA Nigeria, a multi-billion-dollar conglomerate that trades in vehicles, equipment, retail and construction."

He attended an elite international school in Nigeria before heading to London to pursue his undergraduate college studies. Boulos reportedly visits Lebanon every year along with his family. His father, who is involved in Lebanese politics, ran for the country's 2018 parliamentary elections but later withdrew.

This year, Donald Trump's could-be son-in-law celebrated Christmas along with his parents at the White House. That alone is a neon sign with wedding bells all over it, but no one is jumping to conclusions here.

In a post he captioned "Thank you for hosting us for a beautiful Christmas evening! ✨🎄🎄 @tiffanytrump @realdonaldtrump @flotus," Boulos can be seen standing to the far right next to his girlfriend, who's in a bright red dress. President Trump was reportedly first introduced to his daughter's boyfriend over Thanksgiving dinner in 2018. The two have appeared at different diplomatic occasions since.

Their engagement may not be as soon as January, but it could be on the way.
