Japanese social media star Akira Takatoriya, which translates to Sun Moon in English or Shams Qamar (like his Instagram name) in Arabic, isn't shy about his love of Khaleeji culture.
His Instagram page put's this obsession on display for all his 65,600 plus followers. He shares photos of himself wearing traditional Khaleeji clothing and eating Arab cuisine as he lives his life in Japan. With each photo, he usually shares a caption in Arabic and Japanese.
"Hello, although I may not look like it, but I am in fact Japanese, I will be sharing pictures and scenes from Japan and I will try my best to learn Arabic," he says via his Twitter page.
