Hakeem Kamal has got Egyptians going crazy over a video he's posted to his Facebook page

In the video, Kamal calls up McDonald's to place a delivery order. He speaks in classical Arabic, and with a tone that sounds like the voice that tells you that someone's phone's switched off.

It's as awkward as a phone encounter can get and it's hilarious.

The video has since garnered over half a million views on the social media platform and over 14,000 shares.

At first, the man on the other end of the line at McDonald's does not quite comprehend Kamal's question where he first asks if he could place an order.

Kamal has to repeat himself several times before the order is officially placed. It just goes to show you how classical Arabic sticks out like a sore thumb in our day-to-day lives.

Throughout the video, Kamal keeps a straight face. Hats off for such a performance.

People completely lost themselves in laughter ... "shata2er el hamburger el lazeeza"

Like really died ...

Just watch for yourself. You'll get it.
