A restaurant that sells cereal? Is that even a thing?

Thanks to Alan and Gary Keery, two brothers (twins actually) who came up with The Cereal Killer Cafe, it is now and our dreams have just turned into a reality.

The cafe first opened in London back in 2014, and now it's taking the Middle East by storm.

The first branch in the region opened in Kuwait, and now Jordan and Dubai will be getting a taste of the cereal killers real soon.

“We get a lot of people coming in from the Middle East. One of the sheikhs of Dubai came into the café," Alan told The Independent when first discussing global expansion.

"They don’t have a big drinking culture. We hang out in bars, they hang out in cafés. They’re loving it because it’s like a dessert."

Branches in Qatar, Oman and Bahrain are said to be in progress.

120 types of cereal, 30 varieties of milk, 20 toppings ... coming to Jordan soon

Just imagine what's to come ...

Dubai will get a taste of the action at none other than The Dubai Mall

Talks about the opening of a Dubai branch first started in March 2016, with a proposed opening date proposed for the month of that year.

For now the branch remains pending. The cafe has put up a "coming soon" sign at The Dubai Mall, in front of the waterfall.
