Instagram is all about capturing beauties around the world and making them visible to the public. Turns out, Abu Dhabi is home to the world's most Instagrammable hotel.

Luxury Travel Advisor, an online luxury travel website, recently held a vote to see which hotel its readers think is a hit on the photo and video sharing platform. Abu Dhabi's Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara snatched 61 percent of the votes.

Situated on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi, the five-star resort is enclosed by rusty picturesque sand dunes and numerous desert adventures ... all capable of being captured in just one Instagram post. It's located on the edge of the Empty Quarter, the world's largest sand desert.

The hotel beat Mexico's Viceroy Los Cabos, the runner-up winner, by far. The Abu Dhabi hotel received 35,424 votes, whereas Viceroy garnered a total of 22,515 votes.
