Saudia, also known as Saudi Arabian Airlines, was just named the "Best UK Haj Airline" for the second year in a row.
The kingdom's national carrier was honored during the "2017 UK Haj and Umrah Excellence Awards," hosted by the Council of British Hajjis UK in London's Montcalm Hotel.
Saudia beat other Middle Eastern carriers including Egypt Air, Gulf Air, Etihad Airways and Turkish Airlines.
"Saudia welcomes all guests on board as they travel for religious pilgrimage, as well as guests traveling onwards through the network to many destinations across Africa, Asia and within the Middle East region," said Abdulrahman Altayeb, the airline's Vice President for Corporate Communications, in a statement.
"With our state-of-the-art new aircraft and convenient connections, we look forward to showcasing the signature hospitality onboard, for all of our guests as they travel on their upcoming journeys," he added.
The awards ceremony honors airlines that offer flights to British pilgrims traveling to Saudi Arabia to perform the annual religious trip.
Over 25,000 British Muslims traveled from the United Kingdom to Saudi Arabia in 2017, according to Saudi Gazette.
The airline has been getting recognition in recent years
Earlier this year, the Saudi carrier was named "the world's most improved airline" during the Skytrax World Airline Awards ceremony.
It's improved 40 percent in just one year, according to Arab News.
In 2014, the Saudi carrier was awarded the "World's Best Economy Class Seat" as well as the "World's Best First Class Amenity Kit" at the Skytrax World Airline Awards.
That same year, Skytrax upgraded Saudia's rating from a three-star to four-star carrier.
