While some speculated the unidentified man's actions, saying he might've been using fake money, others were outraged by the video and called on authorities to take action.
If arrested, the man who shot the video could face potential jail time and fines in accordance with the kingdom's laws.

In the clip, the unidentified man films himself parking his car in the middle of a desert and feeding the animal loads of cash.
Many were infuriated by the man's actions...
"This is what greed looks like. He has so much money, he doesn't even know what to do with it. He fed it to a camel instead of donating it and filmed the whole thing."

Many called on authorities to take action against the man
"On behalf of every Saudi citizen, poor or rich, young or old, we call on authorities to hold this man accountable. We also ask anyone who knows him to report him to authorities. I am willing to help pay a reward to anyone who does that. This isn't just one violation, it's unacceptable."
