Saudi authorities launched a search for a man who filmed himself feeding a camel hundreds of riyals, Erem news reportedThis comes just hours after the video capturing the man's bizarre behavior went viral on Saudi Twitter, sending people into a complete meltdown.

While some speculated the unidentified man's actions, saying he might've been using fake money, others were outraged by the video and called on authorities to take action. 

If arrested, the man who shot the video could face potential jail time and fines in accordance with the kingdom's laws.

The video sparked anger on Twitter...

In the clip, the unidentified man films himself parking his car in the middle of a desert and feeding the animal loads of cash.

Many were infuriated by the man's actions...

"This is what greed looks like. He has so much money, he doesn't even know what to do with it. He fed it to a camel instead of donating it and filmed the whole thing."

"Wouldn't it have been better if he'd given this money to someone who needs it?"

Many called on authorities to take action against the man

"On behalf of every Saudi citizen, poor or rich, young or old, we call on authorities to hold this man accountable. We also ask anyone who knows him to report him to authorities. I am willing to help pay a reward to anyone who does that. This isn't just one violation, it's unacceptable." 

And were relieved to hear authorities are looking for him...

"Thank God our state doesn't take things like this lightly."

Some thought the money used in the footage might've been fake...

"I think the money he used is fake." 

Others defended the man's actions...

"His camel, his money... what's it to all of you?"
