Saudi Aramco, alongside Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) and Wipro Arabia, inaugurated Saudi Arabia's first Women's Business Park on Monday, which is expected to create more than 20,000 jobs by 2025.

A joint venture between PNU, the largest women's university in the world, and Wipro Arabia, Women's Business Park is dedicated to working women in the kingdom. The joint venture is responsible for developing the infrastructure and facilities at the park, as well as the training and employment of the women.

Saudi Aramco has taken the initiative to be the strategic adviser for the project. According to Aramco, 60 percent of fresh college graduates in Saudi Arabia are female, and as an organization they have been "actively working to address how to integrate more Saudi women into the workforce."

The Women's Business Park will include 320,000 square meters of office space, entrepreneur incubators, daycare centers, a family mall, retail shops, and a one-stop shop for government transactions.

The idea of the business park was first conceived in 2014, when Saudi Aramco signed a memorandum of understanding with PNU. Wipro later joined the partnership.

This is definitely a push in the right direction with Saudi's Vision 2030 .
