Egyptian-American actor Rami Malek scored an Academy Award on Sunday night, but his win isn't the only thing causing a buzz on the interwebs.

Social media users are currently obsessing over Malek's reaction to the announcement of his victory, particularly the part where he passionately kissed his girlfriend and co-star Lucy Boynton.

Footage of the moment has been making the rounds online, with fans swooning over the celebrity couple.

The 37-year-old was named Best Actor for his role as Freddie Mercury in Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody during the 91st Academy Awards. Boynton, an American-born English actress, played Mercury's lifelong lover Mary Austin in the film.

Just when he was announced as the winner, a pleasantly-surprised Malek immediately turned to Boynton, whom he is rumored to have been dating for several months.

Malek kissed the actress, paused for a moment, and then kissed her again, after which he hugged her and kissed her on the cheek, before heading to the stage to receive his award.

Watch the moment in all its glory:

Malek also paid tribute to Boynton in his acceptance speech

Towards the end of his speech, Malek addressed the actress, saying:

"Lucy Boynton, you're the heart of this film, you're beyond immensely talented. You have captured my heart."

Back in April 2018Us Weekly broke the news about a possible relationship between the Bohemian Rhapsody co-stars, citing an exclusive source as saying they started dating after meeting on set in 2017.

Since then, the celebrity couple has been spotted together on multiple occasions.

Malek had also expressed gratitude to his significant other in his acceptance speech for the Breakthrough Artist Award at the Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival's Film Awards Gala in January.

"Thank you, Lucy Boynton. You have been my ally, my confidant. You are my love. I appreciate you so much," he said at the event.

It's safe to say Twitter had the ultimate meltdown:
