A few countries in the Middle East have witnessed torrential rains that resulted in a large number of deaths and substantial property damage.

The last to join the list is Qatar, with its capital, Doha, over-flooding, forcing schools and embassies to shut down as well as governmental warnings requesting people to stay indoors.

In less the 24 hours, the country witnessed more rain than they're used to.

As the governmental warnings went public, embassies, schools, flights and streets were closed off.

As the country was caught unprepared, Qataris are expressing their frustrations.

Nevertheless, some are staying hopeful.
