Victory can be bittersweet.
Shortly after being named the No. 1 airline at the Paris Air Show, Qatar Airways was slammed in the press for its billboard advertisement at the show.
The blunder? The airline got the make of the cabin wrong, boasting about the luxuries of a Boeing 787, while showing a photo of the Airbus A380.
While this normally might not have been noticed, it was a snafu of the highest order at the Paris Air Show, an event that includes the elite of the airline industry.
