Dubai's Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has taken the "No Days Off" motto to a whole new level.

Fazza, as he is lovingly nicknamed, celebrated his marriage to Sheikha Sheikha bint Saeed bin Thani Al Maktoum on Thursday, which marked the third day of Eid el-Fitr. This means he has not one - but two - valid reasons to skip the gym on Friday, right? Apparently not.

Being the dedicated fitness enthusiast that he is, Fazza replaced his bisht (men's cloak) with workout attire and headed to the gym less than 24 hours after the ceremony; and if that's not the ultimate motivation to get off the couch and start exercising, we don't know what is.

On Friday morning, Sheikh Hamdan posted an Instagram story capturing some gym equipment, indicating he is exercising the day after his wedding ceremony. Prior to that story, he posted videos of a dog at Nad Al Sheba Sports Complex in Dubai, where he most likely carried out his workout.

Fazza had officially signed his marriage certificate to his now-wife, who is also a member of the Al Maktoum family, back in mid-May. The union was celebrated with a luxurious ceremony held at the Dubai World Trade Centre on Thursday.

He got married alongside two of his brothers, Sheikh Maktoum (Deputy Ruler of Dubai) and Sheikh Ahmad (Chairman of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation), who respectively tied the knot with Sheikha Mariam bint Butti Al Maktoum and Sheikha Midya bint Damlouj Al Maktoum.

In accordance with Islamic traditions that encourage gender segregation, the event was exclusive to men, with reports of a separate reception for women being held at a later date.

A true fitness enthusiast

When he's not being a "natural leader," the 36-year-old crown prince is all about leading a healthy, active, and adventurous life, encouraging Dubai's residents and his 8.2 Instagram followers to follow suit.

Fazza's Instagram account is filled with photos of him performing all sorts of activities and adventures, from cycling and riding horses, to swimming with sharks and competing at the UAE's Gov Games.

Late last year, he helped launch Dubai Fitness Challenge, a 30-day challenge that motivated around one million participants to exercise for 30 minutes a day for a month.

"The challenge starts with you," the royal, who is also the chairman of the Dubai Sports Council, wrote on Instagram at the time. "Let's turn Dubai into the most active city."

He reminds us that fun and exercise are not mutually exclusive
