A woman plowed a vehicle through a restaurant in the emirate of Ajman, running over four people on Thursday.

The accident occurred as the woman was apparently attempting to park her car by the fast food restaurant located on Al Ittihad Road in the emirate's industrial district. The driver pressed on the vehicles gas pedal instead of the breaks, smashing through the restaurant, hitting a man, two women and a child.
The driver and the four individuals in the restaurant were all injured in the accident. They were transported to Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Hospital for treatment.
After receiving treatment for her injuries, the driver was transferred to Al Hamadiya police station to be charged for the incident.
