This week, Egyptian footballer Mohamed Salah flew out to New York to attend the 15th annual TIME 100 gala. His attendance came after he was selected as one of the "most influential people" in 2019 by Time Magazine.
During the event, Salah was spotted hanging out with a bunch of A-list celebrities, including Rami Malek ... and the one and only actress Emilia Clarke. But, on his official Twitter page, Salah chose to publicize only three photos from the event. The photos included two of himself, and another spontaneous one while conversing with the famed Game of Thrones star.
In the caption that accompanied the latter photo, the footballer wrote:
"The mother of dragons herself."
It seems Salah is not only a fan of Game of Thrones, but a huge fan of Khaleesi.
