In an episode of Ramadan TV series Azmi and Ashgan, the show's lead، Amy Samir Ghanem، took on the role of a Khaleeji woman.

Aired earlier last week, the episode saw Ghanem's character impersonate a Gulf princess, donning an abaya (floor-length garment) and attempting to speak with a Khaleeji accent.

However, her portrayal doesn't seem to have gone down too well with many on social media, who are now hilariously trolling the star's entire performance.

This video of Ghanem is now going viral on social media...

And resulting in a hilarious meltdown

"When an Egyptian tries to speak Khaleeji."

While a few tweeps thought the portrayal was great

"She's amazing."

Others just couldn't even with that

"Astaghfirullah."

Many trolled Ghanem over her accent

"Shathaba (liar)?!"

Turning to humor in response to it

The trolling was relentless

Some had to make things clear

"What she's saying = liar in Khaleeji."

"Is something wrong with her tongue?"

"All that she's doing goes in one hand and that mountain on her head in another"

"Qotee3a"

"I wish I could laugh at this"
