Egyptian athlete Manal Rostom has been an ambassador of Nike's Pro Hijab line since its launch in 2017.

This year, the company released its latest ad campaign titled "Dream Crazier," and Rostom is, of course, featured in it. Released on May 26, the spot highlights the fierce Arab hijabi's inspiring journey as she sends a message to women across the region.

The Egyptian marathoner posted the video on her Instagram page, captioning it:

"It's as if I've lived my whole entire Life for this one-minute, 12 seconds video. I'm on Top Of The World today to share with you my #DreamCrazier video which summarizes years of sweat , Blood and tears via my Mountaineering and Marathon Running journey."

In her caption, the athlete and founder of Facebook group Surviving Hijab also thanked Nike for choosing to honor her story and journey.

"I'm more inspired to continue to push more today, more than ever. Changing Lives and touching Lives more than ever," she added.

Speaking to StepFeed in 2017, the Nike brand ambassador said the company's launching of a pro hijab line was one of the best things to happen in this era.

"To have an international, cosmopolitan, mainstream giant brand like Nike come out in times where Trump is freaking the whole world out from Muslims … well it's a big deal. I feel it's the best thing that has happened in the history of hijabi sports. And that's just my opinion," she said at the time.

Since being announced as the face of the international company, Rostom has continued to achieve her dreams in sports - running marathons and climbing mountain peaks. She also unceasingly calls on companies across the world to be more inclusive of Muslim women.

Not the only Arab athlete to be featured in Nike's latest campaign

Rostom isn't the only Arab athlete to be showcased in the international campaign, which is now expanding to the Middle East.

Emirati figure skater Zahra Lari was also featured in a video spot in which she spoke about becoming the world's first figure skater to compete in a hijab.

The five-time UAE ice skating national champion is no stranger to making history as she's the UAE's first figure skater to compete in the Winter Games qualifications in 2018. She also led the UAE to become the first Arab state to join the International Skating Union.

A magazine cover to celebrate these incredible women

Emirates Woman magazine's June cover also hails Nike athletes Rostom, Lari, and head coach of UAE Women National Team Houriya AlTahri (who wasn't featured in the "Dream Crazier" campaign.)

The "Dream Big: Empowering Women In Sport" cover sheds light on successful female Arab athletes who are breaking every barrier to reach their dreams, while inspiring the younger generation to do the same.
