Award-winning British artist James Morrison will be the first big Western pop act to take the stage at Dubai Opera!
Morrison is set to perform at the $330 million venue on October 7.
"His music speaks to a wide range of nationalities and cultures and his inclusion in our inaugural season is a notable addition to the quality and range of outstanding performances being presented," Jasper Hope, Dubai Opera's chief executive, said, according to Arabian Business .
Morrison has sold more than 4.5 million copies of his first three albums, with live shows selling out to thousands. In 2015, Morrison made a comeback to the music scene, which The Evening Standard called the "uplifting comeback of a spirited soul man."
