In 2015, we saw an increase in the Muslim fashion scene with brands like H&M featuring veiled models for the first time in their campaigns and high-end brands like Dolce & Gabbana launching a line geared specifically toward the female Muslim shopper. Having said that, we also saw our favorite doll, Barbie, being transformed into all shapes and sizes, except they missed just one. A hijabi barbie.
