A video of Sayf Al Bouainayn, a young Saudi boy joyfully celebrating the success of his kidney transplant, is breaking the internet.

The footage went viral on Twitter earlier this week and captured the child's heartwarming reaction to the end of his treatment.

According to Al Arabiya, the video was shot by Al Bouainayn's doctor, Mohammad Al Moghrabi, during a medical follow up on Sunday.

This was one of many checkups the child had gone through after his transplant, which took place at the King Fahad Specialist Hospital in Al Dammam last April.

The success of the procedure means the young boy will no longer need the extensive 12-hour sessions of dialysis he was dependent on since he was 12 months old. And his celebration of that is just winning over people's hearts on social media.

The footage took Saudi Twitter by storm

At first, a few tried to offensively criticize the young boy

"He should thank God for giving him good health, I blame those who raised him over this. It looks like he even booked a DJ and will host a dance party after leaving the hospital!"

And called him out for "not thanking God" and dancing instead

"Teach him to kneel down to show gratefulness or to just thank God in words."

But many were having none of that

"Just mind your own business and let people be. This is a kid who's so happy his surgery was successful. This is how he's expressing his joy, with innocence, far away from your rhetoric and calculations."

And absolutely loved the footage

"His vibe is incredible."

"This video makes you smile, even if you don't want to"

"Ya habibi inta"

The video made people emotional

"I teared up."

"My heart"

"Mabrook ya habibi"

"May he always be happy"

"And may God completely heal him."

"A tiny clip that'll plant a smile in your heart"
