Following up on her first English-language video, Lebanese singer Haifa Wehbe will release two more English songs.
The international superstar announced future collaborations with Ne-Yo and rapper French Montana ahead of the release of her two songs “Habibi” and “Snake Charmer."
Her first English single, "Breathing You In," which premiered on VEVO, catapulted Haifa to international stardom after receiving rave reviews from fans all over the world. She was the first Arab musician to sign with the Western video-hosting service.
"I was really happy to see such a positive response to my music video and I was really proud of the production value as well as the video's concept and I believe that the video delivered a powerful visual impact" she told Entertainment Scoop. "For me its about taking risks – lots of them. I want to continue to push myself to do things that are outside of my comfort zone," she added, referring to her upcoming singles.
This is a huge year in the model-turned-singer-turned-actress' career, especially after the success of her Ramadan show, "Mariam."
Speaking to the website, she said: "I am very grateful for all of the opportunities that have allowed me to express my creativity. My fans get to see me in so many different forums. Whether I am appearing in a television series, a movie, in a fashion spread or in an arena – I have many places that I call 'home' to my creativity."
