It looks like things are getting pretty serious for Jennifer Gates, daughter of American billionaire and Microsoft founder Bill Gates, and her Egyptian beau Nayel Nassar. They have a lot in common given that they're both accomplished equestrians and Stanford graduates, so why are you even surprised?
At the start of their relationship in 2016, the couple kept things discreet and away from social media ... but in recent months, they've gone more public.
Last week, Gates uploaded a photo of her and Nassar posing with her mother, Melinda Gates, and her maternal grandparents.
The picture was taken right after Gates - who recently started medical school at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York - attended the institution's annual white coat ceremony.
The 23-year-old expressed gratitude in one Instagram caption.
"So incredibly honored to receive my white coat today surrounded by those who have encouraged and inspired me to pursue this education and career. Grateful is an understatement. More pics post block exam but this one is good for now," she wrote.
Earlier this week, Nassar also took to Instagram to pay tribute to his girlfriend and express his pride in her achievements and promised he'd always cheer her on.
