Since Nike is already working on providing us with Marty McFly's shoes, fans of the Back to the Future series (including us) have been dying to have their very own hoverboard as well. Conveniently enough, Lexus has recently released a video teasing their new hoverboard, which will launch on August 5.
Does this mean that the 2015 reality we saw in Back to the Future 2 is going to become our reality? We wouldn't count on it, since some have speculated that this could be a publicity stunt – and it is. While the hoverboard is real, you won't be able to buy one anytime soon.
In the meantime, get excited for nothing – just like we did:
