The submissions for the Best Foreign Language Film Award for the 2015 Academy Awards have been finalized, and eight films from the Middle East and North Africa are included among the full field of 81.

The nominations will be announced on January 15, 2016, and the 88th Oscars will be held on Feb. 28, 2016.
