Authorities in Egypt have arrested a couple who were found having sex in a school classroom earlier this week, Masrawy reported.
The 53-year-old man, who holds a managerial position at the educational institute, which is located in Qena, and a 55-year old woman were caught after a member of the cleaning staff heard noises coming out of the area.
When he approached the classroom, he realized what was going on.
Speaking to the local news site, the man said he had been suspicious over the manager's actions in recent weeks, as he was staying in the school building long after teaching hours ended.
"I also locked the naked couple in the room until authorities arrived"
The cleaner shared details in his statement on the matter.
"After I entered the school building on the day of the incident, I heard weird noises coming out of the classroom the couple was in. I then approached it and caught them having sex," he said.
"I immediately reported the incident to police and I also locked the naked couple in the room until authorities arrived," he added.
The school's officials have since filed a lawsuit against the couple. Their case has now been referred to the public prosecutor who will continue investigating the incident.
