Advet Bhambhani Ventures, the company behind the United Arab Emirate's Lifeline Hospitals, is planning to build the region's first five-star "luxury hospital" in Dubai.

Construction is expected to start this year on a one-acre site acquired by the company in Mirdif. The hospital will consist of 150 luxury suites for wealthy patients, according to Arabian Business .

ABV's founder Advet Bhambhani told Arabian Business that the boutique hospital, which will be located just off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road near Dubai International Airport, is being developed under ABV's new brand, Nucleus Hospitals.

Specifications about the hospital include that it will include "top-notch" concierge and fine dining services, a personalized limousine service, spa treatments and other "wellness" packages for patients. It will partner with a global hotel operator, and Bhambhani said that discussions are ongoing with interested parties.

Bhambhani decided not to reveal the pricing structure, but he did say that it won't be above the cost of existing high-level hospitals. He also said it will vary according to the length of the stay and the nature of the procedure the patient is undergoing.

"Hospitals are such sterile places. People have recollections of them as being unwelcoming places associated with illness, pain and suffering. This does not have to be the case. What we are going to create will be game-changing," Bhambhani said.
