Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammad wrote a poem mourning the loss of his brother, Sheikh Rashid, who died of a heart attack Sunday at the age of 33.

The poem was first posted on Twitter by Sheikh Hamdan himself, and has since been retweeted 33,000 times. The crown prince, who is known to dabble in poetry, attached an audio file of him reciting the sad ballad.

The poem, titled "My Brother: The World," attempted to put words to the pain of loss, and recaptured some of the fondest memories shared between brothers. The poem, written and recited in colloquial Arabic, also touched upon the soldiers whose lives were lost in Yemen .

Messages of support and condolences flooded the crown prince's Twitter feed after he posted the poem:

What a beautiful poem that expresses the pain of a brother... May God have mercy on his soul and forgive his sins on judgement day.

We are all your brothers, Hamdan, and we are all Rashid.
