According to Gulf News, an Indian cleaner was on duty when he stumbled upon a bag in Al Qusais, Dubai. Out of curiosity, he opened the bag and found it filled with jewelry and diamonds.
Subsequently, Vinaktaramana Motabatolal immediately made his way to Al Qusais police station and handed over the bag to the officers. It later emerged that the jewelry in the bag was worth over 200,000 dirhams.
In recognition of his honesty and integrity, the Dubai Police have honored Motabatolal.
The Director of Al Qusais police station, Brigadier Yousof Abdullah Salem Al Odaidi, commended the worker for his good behavior and gave him a gift as well as a certificate.
