Canadian rapper Drake, NFL star Odell Beckham Jr., and Kourtney Kardashian's ex Younes Bendjima are being sued by a man who claims was physically harmed by them.

The man, Bennet Sipes, said the attack happened outside a nightclub in Los Angeles in March 2018. In his report, obtained by TMZ, Sipes claims he was attacked following an argument between himself and the trio in the VIP section of the club.

According to the report, Drake signaled a private security at the club using a "throat slash" hand gesture which Sipes claims is "some type of physical threat towards himself."

As Sipes was attempting to enter the bathroom, he was attacked by Bendjima. In a video shared by TMZ, Bendjima can be seen throwing punches at Sipes' face.

According to TMZ, Sipes claims he is still bearing the burden of medical bills. He stated he is still suffering "extreme mental anguish and physical pain."

The man is seeking "repayment of all damages incurred, including past and future wage loss, hospital and medical expenses, as well as attorneys' fees," according to E! News.

His attorney also told E! News that they "gave the defendants' months to settle this claim without litigation, but when they failed to be accountable for their actions, we were left with no choice but to file suit to seek justice for our client."

According to sources close to Drake, he did not "order" anyone to harm the man in any way.

"The video didn't catch him beating up anyone," the sources said, according to E! News.
