Ariana Grande, Ariana Grande Arabic sounding lyrics, Arab tweep, Viral Arab post, Viral Arab tweet

So, remember that gold-white/blue-black dress optical illusion? Or even better, the Yanny vs. Laurel sound bit that tore families and friends apart? Well, we present to you the next WTF did I just hear illusion. (But, it's exclusive to Arabs and Arab-speaking people, sorry.)

Your brain is fine, but it's just tricking you into looking stupid ... or is it?

America's probably most favorite pop artist at the moment, Ariana Grande, was the source of this recent discovery.

While watching a video of Grande performing her hit track Thinking Bout You, Twitter user @usavemeagain discovered a chorus that sounds freakishly similar to an Arabic sentence.

With the power of the internet, and even more that of Twitter, thousands were sent looking for parts of their brain after it was blown out.

In the video, it seems like Grande is saying "I am the one who stayed up late eight times" in Arabic, when what she's actually singing are the lyrics "but at least I have the memory."

Did we hear that right or is it all a mind game?

"She's saying 'I am the one who stayed up late eight times,' or is there something wrong with my ear?"

People definitely thought they heard Arabic

"No, your ears are fine"

This seriously messed up with everyone's mind

"I can't switch back to English, what is she saying?"

"It's all about what you think"

Not the only similar freaky example

Turns out, there are so many other clips out there

Some are just hilarious

Others will just leave you gobsmacked

Mind games at their best
