Dubai's famed Opera House, which just celebrated 6 months since its opening this week, will host a new rooftop restaurant, media reports revealed this week.
The fresh new eatery is set to open in the next three months, and will include both indoor and outdoor seating. The name hasn't been set yet, but according to the National, chief executive Jasper Hope confirms the cuisine will be as versatile as the Opera's diverse audience.
This isn't the first restaurant to be set on a rooftop...
Dubai's skyline is a sight to behold, and is now being compared to the likes of New York and Sydney.
This has encouraged many Dubai-based entrepreneurs and restaurant-owners to invest in such places, because to enjoy a meal with that view, you often have to go to certain heights (both physically and metaphorically).
As a result, the bustling emirate city now boasts many bars and clubs on rooftops. But what if you just want to enjoy a nice dinner?
There are a few rooftops to go to that aren't too expensive or loud, and include dining in.
