The original Broadway musical "Disney's Beauty and the Beast" will be performed in Egypt for the first time at Cairo's Cairo Festival City from October 7-17.
The event, which is organized by Event House Egypt, will bring the world-famous original Broadway musical to the Egyptian public for 10 consecutive shows as a part of its 2015 international tour. The popular musical production is Broadway's ninth longest-running production in history.
The show, which has been played for an audience of over 35 million people around the world, is based on the Academy Award-winning animated film which chronicled the timeless Disney love story between Belle and the prince turned beast.
The touring production was created by Broadway's original creative team and produced by Broadway Entertainment group and NETworks Presentations. The musical has grossed more than $1.4 billion worldwide and has played in 13 countries and 115 cities.
The beloved show not only brings the enchanting elements of the classic love story and its adored characters to the stage, it also offers a dazzling spectacle of lavish sets, beautiful costumes and flawless musical performances.
Tickets for the show, which is being handled by E7gezly, come in four variations, bronze, silver, gold and platinum. The first show is already sold out and tickets are available online, as well as at Cairo Festival City Mall, Alef Bookstores' outlets and Crave's branches in Cairo.
