Back in 2016, rumors of Britney Spears' Iranian boyfriend Sam Asghari began making the rounds online.
It seems as though these rumors are now confirmed, as the duo celebrated Asghari's 23rd birthday on Friday, quite publicly.
"My baby's birthday," Spears wrote in an Instagram caption of a photo of them dressed in sportswear in the middle of a green landscape.

Who is Sam Asghari?
Sam Asghari immigrated to the U.S. from Iran nearly a decade ago. He writes and reads Farsi ... and does his writing with an authentic quill pen.
Asghari has over 258,000 followers on Instagram, and describes himself as a personal trainer.
He appeared on the October cover of "Muscle and Fitness" magazine.
The couple first met on the set of Spears' music video for "Slumber Party" and things pretty much escalated since then.
