If you thought Halloween couples' costumes are bound to be cheesy, then you're in for a treat (pun intended.)
This Halloween, Palestinian-American model Bella Hadid and Canadian singer/songwriter The Weeknd took couples' costumes to a whole new level, winning over the internet with their looks.
The duo dressed up as Lydia Deetz and Beetlejuice from Tim Burton's 1988 horror-comedy Beetlejuice, and their looks were on-point.
The couple rocked these costumes at Heidi Klum's 19th Annual Halloween Party in New York.
Hadid took on Lydia Deetz's red bridal outfit, featuring layers of red tulle, a bridal veil, along with black combat boots. According to Vogue, her red dress was custom-designed by Sylvio Roubertto Kovacic.
Meanwhile, her date recreated Beetlejuice's groomsman look, with a vintage Pierre Cardin burgundy suit, a green wig, and plenty of white face paint.
Citing an eyewitness, Page Six reported that the couple almost caused a photographer stampede on the red carpet.
The couple first got together in May 2015, but called things off in November 2016 because of their busy schedules.
However, they rekindled their love this year and confirmed they were officially back together after The Weeknd realized "he actually is still in love with Bella, and they reconnected."
Naturally, the duo flaunted their looks on social media ...
With spooky photos, of course
