Georgia's capital has history, culture and a definite vibe. Explore the art museums, check out Georgian food – and if you drink, the country is famed for being the cradle of wine making. Most importantly, the day time high is a relatively cool 30 degrees while night times get down to 18 degrees this time of year. It's not ski weather, but it's a significant improvement from the Gulf right now. FlyDubai has round trip tickets as low as $205 in June and July.

2. Stockholm, Sweden

With a daytime high in the low 20s, and a truly cold nighttime dropping to 11 degrees some nights, Stockholm will definitely cool you off this month. Take advantage of the city's 18-hourlong days to take in everything it has to offer: amazing palaces, beautiful museums and more than 80 kilometers of islands to explore in the archipelago. We found roundtrip tickets as low as $310 from Dubai.
