When you're a high school student, you expect your fair share of trouble but certainly not anything as terrifying as what a Kuwaiti high school student faced earlier this week.
The young student came out of her classroom and was taken aback when she found a dead sheep's head and a death threat note in her backpack, Al Qabas newspaper reported.
Speaking to the local publication, a source said the school's headmistress immediately reported the incident to authorities located in Mubarak Al Kabeer, the area where the school is located.
The country's Ministry of Education has also stepped in
The general manager of the region's security department, Mansour Al Dihani, then made a visit to the school campus and ordered an immediate investigation into the matter.
He has since written a report on the case, referring it to the country's public education department.
According to Al Qabas, Kuwait's Ministry of Education also launched an urgent investigation into the matter, stating that its officials will not take the the case lightly.
The news is all over Kuwaiti Twitter... and people are shocked
Some are a bit scared
"This is so scary."
And quite worried...
Many can't believe the news
"In Kuwait or the U.S.?"
"Even people from horror movies didn't do anything of the sort, what is this?"
"Schools have become so scary"
"Bismillah"
People have so many questions
"A sheep's head is huge, how did it fit in a backpack?"
